For anyone who has been with us for any length of time, Early Bird Registration over the past seasons has been a huge success filling 92% of the 250 spots for the 17-18 season.  In 2018-19, our return rate also hit a new high at 89%!  In 2019 - 20, we had 300+ registrations.  For the past three seasons, we hit 350.  Here's why:

 

Signing up has its privileges including a money back guarantee for any reason should you be unable to attend before the start of the program.  It even has a limited extension thereafter. After November 1, registration continues until we reach capacity on a case by case basis; see how to register below.  Once registered, here is the normal fine print related to refunds:

 

When a Cancellation is requested in writing: 

Prior to the start of the season and after the season starts when no sessions have been attended, a Full CREDIT is offered.  Refunds are reimbursed to guests' credit cards and may be subject to a fee.

 

For sessions attended, guests will be charged at the rate of $100.00 per day.

If a guest is injured while on a session, they will not be charged for that day.

The SST Program is packaged as a Pass-Holder Perk, is therefore deeply discounted and is sold as a bundle of 12 sessions.  If you cannot attend a session, it is forfeited and not subject to any reimbursements.

For the 2025 - 26 Registration season, the option to register is now open if registered last season; General Registration opens around Labor Day.  Once you've paid your fee and chosen your day, follow the corresponding link below to complete and submit your SST Skier Profile Questionnaire.

 

Choose Option 3 to switch teams or Option 4 to re-register for a specific team if you were previously registered but just not last season. 

 

New this year for Returning members, no need to complete and submit a skier profile as long as you plan to return to the same team and there's no material changes to your email address or other pertinent information.
